Damien Caruna of NG Farah has been my agent for about 12 years. He has always been very professional, knowledgeable and helpful during our time with him. He also communicates and makes himself available. I can highly recommend him.

We had an inspection at the apartment on the Monday, put in our application on the Wednesday and by the Thursday we had been approved! The process was so easy and the agents were very helpful with all our questions. I'm very glad to be leading with such a friendly company :)

The constant back and forth and chasing basic information is not only extremely time consuming but only adds stress to an already stressful situation. I've definitely has smoother transitions with estate agents and leasing of properties.

Have been an absolute pleasure to deal with which is so refreshing when most other agencies are a nightmare to deal with as a tenant. I’ve found the agents to be very warm, caring and kind and just a pleasure to speak with and do business with.

Prior to Covid19, I was self managing my Unit very close to UNSW and had no trouble finding tenants. After a few weeks of no interest, I contacted NG Farah Kingsford to help me find a tenant. James Daniel from NG Farah was able to find me a tenant on a long term lease in a couple of weeks. The service and follow up provided by James is top notch. Great work James and NG Farah team.

Moving homes is always stressful, looking for individual needs on a budget takes some time. I work from home and therefore I am home a lot and I really value having a nice place. Remi & the team allowed me to thoroughly inspect the property ( multiple times ) and ask many questions. Never once did I feel an inconvenience to them or that my questions were not worthy. Thank you.

Professional, consistent and quick to respond to all queries. Property, tenant and landlord matters are addressed quickly and efficiently, which as a landlord for over 10 years is one of the most important services. Thank you!
