My Daughter and I have recently dealt with Gina Maglione from NG Farah to refurbish her unit. We found Gina extremely competent and confidant in her work environment. We trusted her advice with our decision making and the finished product was outstanding. Due to this advice and the timely manner in which the work was done, Gina rented the unit for a 25% increase in rent. Excellent work Gina!

Performance was very good in obtaining a tenant and having them signed up and in place. Communication was well managed and frequent. There was less 'hand holding' in getting finalisation of the job. However overall a good experience and would use them again.
