I’m happy and pleased to be able to have the opportunity to comment on my personal experience with the current agent I have at NG Farah her name is Vicky Davies over the years of me being NG Farah in all around 37 yrs ... Vicki is by far the best Agent I have had ... there is no fluff with she communicates well.... and she is action orientated and is a tremendous problem solver for both myself and the tenants , my advice to NG Farah is to give Vicky enough incentive to want to stay with this particular agency . The recent promotional work the agency did to promote my property In Randwick for releasing was outstanding everything was so professional . If I continue to be this happy before mints I will definitely stay would be good to be able to round off to 40 years . Honey. Chia

James Daniel and his team where phenomenal managing the leasing of our property particularly as we were abroad. There were intracacies they had to execute on our behalf and they did this superbly through great communication and know how. Turnaround was fantastic and they kept us informed every step of the way to manage expectations and align the outcome set out.

I needed the knowledge and expertise of a local agency to relet my property after my previous tenant moved out. I also had to carry out some repairs and updates for wear and tear and Farah organised for a reliable handyman to assist in a timely manner. Once the townhouse was ready for viewing, they secured a new tenant who met my criteria, within a week and for an acceptable new weekly rental. I would like to personally thank James Daniel for his development work and look forward to a healthy partnership into the future.
