Could not have been more impressed with Kade. I was referred to Kade by my daughter who Kade had helped lease her unit 8 weeks prior. Kade is authenic and reliable. He kept us up to date throughout the whole process. Although the market was "soft" due to international conflict, Kade gave myself and my partner confidence in the mature way he navigated the process. Kade introduced us to Hanna early in the process and we felt comfortable with her immediatly. I cannot thank both of them enough.

It is not the first time I'm dealing with NGFarah. The experience was positive every time. It is a cohesive team and agents are aware what others are doing, so they are efficient and keep good communication both internally and externally. There were no issues when someone went on leave and everything stops. Things are done, no matter what. I wish more agencies (and I contact with many) were like that.

Overall the people we have engaged with have been lovely and accommodating, however, the rental itself did not have a rental inspection prior to moving in.. Pretty disappointing as we had to clean our old rental and this one we moved into. Lots +++ repairs needed within the home which we were asked to hold off for a day in moving in to get these things fixed which they weren't. We do love our new home but just frustrating, time consuming and stressful- especially as we both work full time

I rarely write reviews, but the experience I just had leasing my investment in Maroubra warrants one. I was bracing myself for a stressful few weeks of open homes, price negotiations, and vacant days. James completely eliminated that reality. From our first conversation, his communication was different—clear, strategic, and incredibly confident. He told me exactly what we could achieve if we timed it right. I trusted him, and he delivered. One inspection. That is all it took. He secured fantastic tenants immediately, at full asking price (which was an above-market result). It’s rare to find an agent who fights for every dollar of your return as if it were their own money. James is that guy. Unbelievably good service.
