Working with James and the ng Farah team has been nothing but seamless the entire way throughout the process of leasing our unit. The responsiveness and can do attitude was nothing short of outstanding and made my life very easy. James was very patient with us as we got quotes and tried to decide on renovation options in the lead up to leasing and helped us with obtaining quotes and managing the repairs on the unit. Guler and Grace did a great job renting my apartment. Straight after the open inspection, I'd receive a breakdown of the # prospective tenants that registered/attended and their feedback. The team then proactively followed up with those who visited to confirm interest. The advice Grace provided was spot on and I was super impressed to lock in a new tenant and a new price after only a couple of inspections. Well done team. Highly recommended.
