Waited too long for agreement
Told us apply success and we paid deposit 20 days before the move in date, and we paid bond two week's before move in, then told us agreement would be ready in 2~3 days, we called 3 day's later, told us to wait another 2~3 days, then another 2~3 days and all the way till one day before move in. It would be much better if they told us they plan to send it one day before move in from the very beginning, and we won't feel anxious about the multiple "delay". On the move in day they handed the keys and had no time to show us the carpark and didn't know the car space number so I didn't know where to park my car. Overall everything is done just in time but we are feeling frustrated and unprofessional during the process.
