In this COVID-19 period, when we weren’t sure if selling was the right thing to do at this time, Steve’s constant dialogue with us gave us piece of mind that we were at least moving in the right direction. He made sure we had all our documentation sorted with solicitors prior to hitting the market which in the end got us a very expedient exchange.
