Park the rest, that's what counts. An honest appraisal and the desired outcome achieved. Then you can look at the underlying reasons. Theo knows his local market, his communication was faultless, taking calls out of hours when required. We sold off market in just over a week and the process was seamless. Couldn't ask for more. Recently used Mark as my agent to sell my studio in Maroubra. First thing he said is he wanted to try and save me the 5k in advertising costs by using both his extensive NG database and then by sucking in the buyers from other units in my complex being sold at the same time.
