There were alot of challenges with our property including a falling market and the property requiring work to be ready for sale. Nathan firstly coordinated all the trades people to complete the work in less than 2 weeks. Following this he led a strategic off market campaign. He had a clear strategy in regards to the guide price and scheduling inspections, that had been successful in many of his other sales in the current market. Initially I was a bit sceptical however it certainly delivered.
