Brendan and the team at Naked Edge looked after us all the way through the selling process. Any questions we had were answered quickly and Kirsty was always there to keep us informed. This is the second property we have sold through Naked Edge and we would highly recommend their services to anyone looking at buying or selling. Thanks Brendan and Team Naked!

Brendan said he would sell our property and find us another to our liking. He did and promptly as well. Not drawn out and professional at all times. Selling for us was a stressful time and self doubts surfaced. We loved our property but health forced us to downsize. Thank goodness Brendan understood and was considerate throughout the whole process. Not pushy but helpful and easy to talk to. Even through the final stages of settlement he provided strong support to assist us in achieving a less stressful move. Negotiating moving and handovers between buyers and sellers. Don’t risk anyone but a professional like Brendan to take you through your Real Estate journey.

This man knows his business! Ably supported by his keen staff, Brendon Leahy epitomises the best of his profession. When you witness and experience his calm professionalism, you could not be happier with your choice. To put things in perspective; consider this. Our home was photographed for promotion on day 1. On day 7, our home was opened for public inspection. Day 8 and Brendan presented us with an offer to buy; exactly for the value he had predicted. To say we are impressed and totally satisfied with the result produced by Brendan, would be an understatement. We have to say, without hesitation, that you cannot do better than investing your trust with Brendan and his team.

After following Naked Real Estate Agency for several years, Brendan was our first & only choice to list our home of 18 years. He undoubtedly had the reputation of having wealth of knowledge & sales history for Roleystone. Brendan & his team made the journey of selling our home to be straight forward, well informed with a prompt sales result.
