I cannot speak highly enough of Naked Edge Real Estate and in particular Mr. Brendan Leahy. Brendan's exceptional service, attention to detail and professionalism (backed up in turn by his first class Admin Team) led to a lightning quick sale and settlement of my property. I would not hesitate to recommend Naked Edge to anyone in need of a top-notch real estate agency!

We are very pleased to have selected Naked Edge Real Estate which resulted in a pleasing outcome that suits our downsize program. Brendan was as we expected honest, candid with his advice and worked hard behind the scenes to secure the sale we required. The sales support team at their office were excellent and efficient.

A five star review doesn't seem enough for Brendan Leahy at Naked Edge RE. Brendan's knowledge and experience is obvious we you first meet him, but his warm and open approach means you'll know what to expect when you put your property on the market. I highly recommend Brendan to any discerning customer, he's passionate about the Bedfordale/Armadale area, and he's works hard for his customers. Thank you Brendan!

This isn't the first house I have sold using Brendan and the team and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. He has his finger on the pulse of the local market and will get you the best price.

Got a reasonable offer in 2 days and sold the property in about 30 days from first advertised. Fees a bit on the high side, but if you get to sell at a your price then that should not be a big problem. Contract was worded well so I dint have to bend backwards to please the buyer. He would always return calls and provide advice when needed. It is my first house sold so I can not compare with other Agents, but it was sold quick and as I said at a reasonable price, so I am pleased.

Brendan has been known to us for years. He gave us advice at various times through the years on the market, and I feel was very genuine in wanting to help us make the right decision for us rather than his commercial gain. When the time was right he took care of the whole process; it was minimal effort from our side and we felt we were in the right hands. Brendan secured us a great offer very quickly and again took care of everything post sale, updating us with minimal effort from our side. Highly recommend.
