We contacted Natgroup as they had sold several properties in our area. Even though we were still 4 months away from selling they helped us prepare the house and guided us to what would help best present the house. We then went on the market expecting it to take a while, however they sprung to action, had quite a few inspections, always let us know what buyers said and how things were going. It was only a few weeks later at an open house and they found us a buyer with a longer settlement which we needed so we could find a place to move to!
