Reliable and delivers what she offers
You won't find a harder working and committed agent than Claudia and the team Escobar. After a bit of confusion generated by the advice of other agencies, I was looking for an agent that would give me a high standard level and personalised service that all vendors want. Claudia provides a premium, personalised service that you won't find with larger agencies. Claudia’s fantastic eye for detail, negotiation and communication skills really came into play to help achieve a great outcome. From the very first meeting, she gave us comfort and took us through every very detail of the sales process in other State different from where we live. Claudia is a kind individual who really cares about her clients. As a vendor, I was delighted with the timely updates and practical strategies for presenting my property. Claudia sold my property in the first opening for a price we were happy within a very tough market. You can't get much better than that.
