Excellent Agent! Pleasure to deal with.
Claudia is very proactive. From day one she was very efficient, always updating on the open houses, emailed the link to the updates of clients comments at the open homes. She did not miss a bit and I truly appreciated her and her work ethics. I would highly recommend her to any one requiring an agent with such high standards and professionalism. Wishing her and her husband every success in their future adventures together.

Above and beyond
We live in Sydney and after our Queensland property was on the market for 3 months with only one offer well below what we were hoping for we made the decision to change real estate agents and engaged Claudia. She was a God send from the very being. Claudia suggested a new marketing strategy and the property sold in 10 days for $420K, $30K above the original offer. Claudia was in constant contact with us and kept us informed at all times during the marketing campaign. After the property was sold and waiting for settlement Claudia continued to help us when a local trucking company realised the property was vacant and decided to use our drive way and front lawn as a parking lot. Claudia constantly monitored the property for us and tracked down the culprit. This involved many late night calls to police, contacting the local council rangers, she even talked to the local member of council. Claudia did not give up and was successful in evicting the trucking company from our property. We can not thank her enough for all the trouble she went to. If you want a real estate agent that goes above and beyond and doesn't give up then I can not recommend Claudia Escobar highly enough.

Claudia was very helpful throughout the purchase of the property . any questions that we had, she got in contact with the owners and got back to us very promptly .Claudia was always there for us anytime that we wanted which was great . I would recommend Claudia for anyone that needs the support of purchasing a house

Claudia helped myself and my partner alot in regards to purchasing a property recently as we needed a few extensions on finance as she was accommodating throughout these requests, reassuring the owners that we would come through with finance. We definitely recommend her.

AN AMAZING AGENT
Claudia was amazing every step of the way. She had people through the house constantly, it was never a problem for her whether it was during the week, at night or on the weekend. Her communication and keeping me up to date with what was happening was incredible. Reliable and friendly
When you are selling an investment property from a different state you need to put a lot of faith in your Agent. From the moment I spoke with Claudia she set me at ease and was very productive in getting the house ready for market. We sold very quickly and we thank her for all her hard work and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell in the area.

The perfect agent
We interviewed four agents and Claudia was the only one that came up with a distinctive market strategy. She was very professional, very innovative and kept us informed throughout the sale process. Our house went on the market at 6pm on a Thursday and 23 hours later it was sold. We could not have chosen a better agent!
