Delivered over expectations
Edgar proved to over deliver when required after a sale failed to go unconditional at the last hour. We were relying on this sale to securing another finance deal. Without hesitation Edgar contacted all remaining potential buyers and negotiated on our behalf to secure an unconditional offer within 24 hrs. Brilliant!!

Quick sale at a good price
Edgar and his team got an offer on our house very quickly, it wasn't quite what we'd hoped for and they quickly negotiated a better deal which was a good offer in the current market. Would definitely recommend them and use them again

Fantastic lady
Just want to say a big thank you to claudia,i was a tenant when the house went on the market id only been here 6 months,so i was pretty worried about having to look for another place,but you had made things so easy for my daughter and myself by making sure you respected us along the way and keeping us updated in what was happening,and im so grateful you managed to get a sale from another investor so we get to stay liveing in this beautiful house i can call home,if every i hear of friends or family that want to sell or buy i'll definitely recommend you to them very professional in your work all round,once again thank you from the bottom of my heart very happy tenant here

I found Claudia to be very knowledgeable and works very hard for both the vendor and the buyer
Claudia is very pleasent to work with and nothing seems to be a worry to her Unfortunately Claudia was unaware of the many faults that were in the house we bought at 36 Heritage Boulevard, Heritage Park, as the previous owners we very adept at covering up all those faults We are happy with the house now afterthe many improvements that we have had to undertake and I would ask Claudia to be our agent again if and when the time arises We would not be like the previous owners and we would keep Claudia informed and she would now be aware of everything that we have improved I am sure that this would achieve a good outcome knowing how hard she would work for us

Claudia has the ability to quickly assess the property and make recommendations on presentation as she knows what buyers are looking for. Take all advice from Claudia as she really knows the market. Claudia advised me that my property was worth around 50k more than other agents suggested and she was right, my property was sold within 4 days at the price Claudia had estimated. Thanks Claudia cant wait to sell my next one.....
