Friendly, great communicator, honest guy.
We bought our home through Chris from One Agency, and couldn't speak more highly of our experience with him. As a buyer, it felt like Chris was just as keen to help us find our perfect home as much as his role was to provide support to the vendor on their home sale. He was always quick to follow up with us, really honest throughout the process, and just genuinely a nice guy. Made our experience an enjoyable one, thanks Chris!

A delight to work with

This campaign was exquisitely organised by Olivia. Olivia provided professional guidance around staging the property ( highly recommended for maximum sale price ), the timing and strategy around the openings despite COVID restrictions and was in constant contact with the Vendors. We got updates on all contacts, interest, negotiations and the final sale. Olivia was polite, professional, courteous, bubbly ( which was infectious ) and knowledgeable. Olivia delivered. A pleasure to work with.

My wife and I recently sold our house in Torquay, after biting the bullet and deciding to move semi rural to raise our sons. Chris and the team at One Agency Torquay made the process of selling our property an absolute breeze. He is an absolute gentleman to deal with, thorough, realistic and reassuring. The effort Chris and Karen both put in, the constant updates, I’m surprised they have time to sit down and enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee. Thanks to the team again at One Agency again.

A Top Bloke
Chris was an absolute gentleman! It was clear at the first inspection of our now new home, that there was a huge amount of interest in the property. We would have been easily spooked by the level of competition had Chris not been so approachable, knowledgeable about the property/area/market and honest about the process. He was brilliant
I purchased my home through Chris, he was brilliant! From the moment I met him I could tell he was an honest guy. He was really patient with me- I had a few hurdles my end and Chris stayed in contact with me throughout the process and really proved that he genuinely cared about the purchaser, his vendor, and getting the best result for both parties. Great result in the end and I’m so happy I had Chris as my agent. If ever I sell in the future Chris will be the first person I call.

Exceptional
Olivia is honest and hard working. She maintained a relationship with my wife and I since selling our house to us three years earlier. She kept in touch in a genuine way and never pushed us in any direction. She gave us feedback when we asked for it and was always willing to give us the time for a phone call or a visit regarding our home and where we were going with it.
