Extremely knowledgeable of the market
Chris was extremely knowledgeable of the market, he made the whole process straight forward and easy. Chris and his team were extremely transparent and gave lots of feedback regarding interest in the property. The property was sold in approx a week and we got a great result. A successful and stress free outcome
After interviewing several agents we chose Shaun to lead the sale of our Torquay property. Our expectations were high based upon some feedback from others, and I have to say that Shaun and his team met if not exceeded those expectations. Shaun has clearly surrounded himself with extremely capable people, Amanda in particular, and the teamwork shows. Starting the campaign with a number of pre-qualified potential buyers, the process was very smooth - Shaun read the market well for our particular property and was right on the mark with the pitch re. price range and benefits. Throughout there was constant consultation by Shaun to both appraise us of the situation and talk through options. The online portal was very helpful particularly in the early days. I have no hesitation in recommending Shaun, and would engage him again in the future without question.

I recently sold a property in Jan Juc, via auction using Shaun and the team from One Agency. We selected One Agency for two reasons, firstly they were recommended by family friends and secondly, the presentation from Shaun and Olivia was the most professional of the three agencies we interviewed for the job. Their local knowledge of the Jan Juc market, marketing strategy and communication skills were all first class. We were kept well advised of the interest in the property during the marketing campaign by frequent phone calls from Shaun and Amanda.I also found the portal showing potential buyer interest was very informative. Even though Jan Juc is a very bouyant sellers market currently, every strategic move Shaun made paid dividends in getting us a result we had not dreamt possible. In closing, I am very pleased we chose Shaun and One Agency to sell our property.

Excellent Experience
We can’t speak highly enough about Shaun and Olivia. Their professionalism and honesty was outstanding. We chose to go with One Agency because of their knowledge and success rate on selling property in jan Juc. Trying to sell a property with tenants involved is always going to be a challenge, however Shaun and Olivia made this process a lot easier by developing an amicable relationship with the tenants. Process was faultless from beginning to end considering we were dealing with the sale of this property remotely from the other side of the state. With no time to do a marketing campaign we were assured they would find us a buyer and they most certainly did. Their communication was excellent and always honest. We would highly recommend Shaun if you want a stress free and honest sale of your property. Couldn’t be happier.
