All I can say is, if you are thinking about selling your property give Shaun a call. He will give you a realistic expectation about sales range, but will also clearly guide you through how to effectively market your property. Knowledge of 3228 postcode is above the rest
Selling our house through Shaun and his team at One agency was the best decision we have made. To begin with his knowledge of the local 3228 postcode was above the rest. One word "Superstar"
In these trying times of COVID i was unable to get to Victoria to prepare my property for sale. Olivia not only took it upon herself to manage the sale of my property but also took on the task of project managing the preparation of the property for sale. She did an outstanding job sticking to the budget and had access to numerous trades that were both professional and reasonably priced.
