Olivia was very professional and understanding in all her dealings on the sale of the property which had been a treasured family holiday location for 59 years. The communication was fantastic and we were kept up to date on all inspections and levels of interest. The final result was a good outcome for both parties. We had 5 agents come through and look at our property, Olivia was the pick of the bunch! Olivia came across relaxed and relatable, she avoided the clichè sales person pitch that makes your skin crawl. She was professional, reliable and informative. She listened carefully and delivered exactly what was discussed. We never had to chase Olivia she was easy to reach and consistent with contact. She let us know what was happening through the entire selling process start to finish. We’ve had a experience buying and selling before but Olivia is by far the best agent we’ve worked with. She made selling our house a pleasure we highly recommend her.
