Easy to deal with

Terrific Patient Agent
Shaun helped us buy our new home and we found him to be very diligent and eager towards both parties involved. Shaun always returned phone calls straight away and nothing was too much trouble to help us with various request's. I would strongly recommend Shaun and One Agency.

Could not be happier!
From the start of the campaign to auction day, Shaun and his team have been fantastic. They were in constant contact with us providing feedback, advice and answered any questions we had. Always friendly, professional and honest. I have dealt with many Estate Agents but none even come close to Shaun, Matt and Amanda. Would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic Agent. The Best!
Before deciding who to go with we met with about 6 different agents from Torquay. Shaun was the last we met with and clearly stood out above the others. We couldn't be happier with the choice. From start to finish, Shaun was nothing but professional. With none of the 'Salesman' feel that we got from some of the other agents. An expert of his craft with a deep knowledge of the Torquay and Jan Juc area, but also just a genuine and honest great guy. In our case we had a slightly complicated family situation. Shaun went over and above to ensure everyone involved knew exactly and clearly what the sales process would be. He took the time to listen to all our concerns and instructions but at the same time was not afraid to push back and give his expert opinion where he strongly felt it would be in our best interest. His personal skill were outstanding. He would get back to every call or message within minutes, and gave regular updates when he got news or info from buyers. It is the kind of service that cannot be faked, and knowing that he would treat the buyers with the same level of respect was great. In the end, on we had a fantastic result on auction day and our expectations where well exceeded. Shaun was no doubt an integral part of this result. Again we couldn't be happier with the Shaun. Next time round there will be no agent interviews, Shaun will get the call.

The best in the business
If I could give Shaun and Amanda 10 stars, I would. Selling a house is meant to be a stressful time, not only did I find it not stressful but I actually really enjoyed the process. You'll never meet a more down to earth, genuine, highly motivated and caring team. Shaun's knowledge of the market, engagement and selling skills are second to none, coupled with Amanda's fantastic communication, super efficiency and beautiful, caring nature, they really are the best in the business. If you want amazing results, don't waste your time with anyone else! Words really can't thank them enough for what they achieved for my family.

Very impressed with the service
I was looking at several properties within the local area of Torquay and what made the difference with agents was the level of communication offered. Both Shaun and Amanda provided information relevant for me to feel as if I was making a informed decision about several competing properties. I was also impressed in the manner in which they made their contact. It was considered and managed within the time frames I needed with a good deal of patience. I am very thankful for their assistance in helping me through the process of purchasing a property.
