This was my second experience dealing with Shaun. Last time it was buying through him, this time it was selling through him. Shaun was professional and efficient from the start. He explained the selling process very well, giving me a good understanding prior to going to market the ways the sale could potentially could play out. This was very fortunate as we had offers after a week of being on the market and gave me great confidence in making the decision to go with our first offer knowing Shaun had been through his process with the 20 odd groups of people that turned up for the first inspection and the 5 groups that came back for a 2nd inspection that same day. I would recommend and use Shaun again!

Shaun first came on our radar when we bought a new Jan Juc house, and his open and honest communication throughout the buying process made him an obvious candidate to sell our existing home a few months later. When we interviewed Shaun and 3 other agents, his answers demonstrated that he thought carefully about each sale as a unique process, and he was able to articulate why particular approaches would or would not work for a given property. During the short time the house was on the market, Shaun kept us informed about all potential buyers, and his individual approach to each of them. As both buyer and seller, I was impressed with the way Shaun handled the negotiation process. In both cases, he facilitated an outcome that kept both sides happy. By being open and honest about where each party and the market in general sits on price, he was able to negotiate a strong (but fair) offer without resorting to hard-sell tactics that leave a sour taste afterwards. I would definitely recommend Shaun and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell on the surf coast.
