Reliable , professional and above our expectations

Professional ,honest , knowledgeable and stress free
We recently sold mums property through Neil Simon and we could not recommend more highly. Neil Simon was reliable, professional , honest and he had a nothing was too much hassle attitude. He was always available to give help or advice and his friendly and sincere attitude was refreshing in a stressful time. Neil made sure the sale was as stress free as possible and we could not be more grateful . We would defiantly recommend and use Neil Simon again. His knowledge of the area and market was eceptional as was his marketing

Neil gave us excellent advice. His knowledge of our area and the sale trends were 100% correct. He explained the process of selling our house in a way that was easy to understand. He made the whole experience a pleasure. With Neil's marketing expertise we had interest in our house within an hour of it going on the market. After an open house it was sold. The whole process taking less than a week. The advertising and pictures of the house were very well presented. Thanks Neil for making our experience stress free.

Our experience with Neil was excellent.
Our experience with Neil was excellent and rewarding, nothing was too much trouble for him, and he treated my husband and I with the greatest respect. A dynamic, proactive agent - Neil Simon
If you are looking for a Real Estate agent you cannot go past Neil Simon. Neil took on our sale, got the top price, and went to unconditional contract within two weeks. From the start Neil explained the process, the reasons for the attributed price and where the potential buyers would be from. Neil kept us informed of progress and vigorously pursued unconditional contract signature. Though all this Neil remained calm and cool so as not to over excite us too early, and kept focusing on the positives throughout the process. His knowledge of the industry is second to none and he is a true gentleman. Neil is highly recommended if you are looking to sell.

Extremely Efficient and Professional
