Neil gave us excellent advice. His knowledge of our area and the sale trends were 100% correct. He explained the process of selling our house in a way that was easy to understand. He made the whole experience a pleasure. With Neil's marketing expertise we had interest in our house within an hour of it going on the market. After an open house it was sold.
