Robbie did a great job selling my house. I had my property listed with a well known Noosa Real Estate Agency for 3 months. They convinced me to spend a fortune on the property and also tens of thousands of dollars promoting their agency. 3 months later I had no offers and no prospects. I contacted Robbie who I knew sold most of the houses in the area. He immediately came over and was professional and requested that I spend a tiny fraction of what the other agency demanded. The house was now vacant and not fully staged as it was for the other agency. Robbie showed the house to some buyers who he vetted and deemed that the house would be perfect for. Of course the offer was low, but Robbie used his expertise to get the purchasers to raise their offer to an acceptable level, but still extremely fair for the property. The buyers no doubt are extremely happy with their astute purchase as I am with the sale. The time from listing to sale was maybe 2 weeks. I would rate Robbie 6 stars, but the rating only goes to 5. Give Robbie a call and use someone else at your own peril. I sure wish I had called him 3 months earlier.
