We have known Robbie for a couple of years now as we have searched for a property which suits our criteria at Peregian beach. He has exceptional local knowledge and is a credit to his profession. Having dealt with numerous agents over our years of buying investment properties in Brisbane we can honestly say that Robbies professionalism, dedication and passion for real estate stands head and shoulders above most of the others in his field. It is unusual to find an agent who deals with both the buyer and seller with respect , courtesy and integrity. When deciding to part with our modest Marcus Beach holiday home after 44 years of ownership, we approached a number of Agencies to assess their capacity and - most importantly - their real interest in our property, rather than "just another one." We selected Robbie Nellor's agency at Peregian Beach based upon that assessment, and were not disappointed. He recognised our expectations were well above market but accepted the task by producing a firm, yet subtle and low cost, marketing programme. During the 2 months needed to produce an unconditional contract that achieved our expectation, he always kept my wife and I fully informed of progress and, on occasions, the reality of prospective purchasers reluctant to address our value requirement. When we became involved in negotiations with the eventual purchaser, he fully complied with representing us as vendors (as required by legislation) and not at any stage pressuring a reduced outcome. The final result was as we required and, as such, I would have no hesitation in recommending Robbie as an outstanding, honest and reliable Agent. We reached out to Robbie as our neighbours agent and he was immediately responsive, proved his knowledge of local market and conditions and negotiated every step with and for us in a highly professional and calm manner, even with a slightly difficult tenant in place.
