To whom it may concern, when it came to selling our investment property on Oriel Road, Ivanhoe we interviewed 2 agents. We interviewed Nunzio and Nelson Alexander and another active local agency and from our first dealings with Nunzio we felt as though our investment property which used to be our home meant more to him and his agency than anyone else.
