Once the unit was up to scratch with repairs and rented furniture and photo shoots, the board went up and open days began. Nunzio, this was when you were at your best. The follow up work that you did with prospective buyers meant that you knew your audience on Sale Day. I have been to auctions and the salesman was cold and often stilted - he did not know his clientele. Maybe, he did not achieve the best price on the day for the vendor. You, on the other hand, knew your clients, and it felt like you were talking with them in your living room. Your homework engendered the best result for your client - us. Thank you.
