The best thing about selling my property through South Coast Property Specialists was the friendly cheerfulness of Bill and the team at SCPS. There was no pressure of any kind and I was kept fully informed at every stage of the selling process.

Bill has been the only one during the purchase of our property who seem to know what was going on and was the one who kept us most informed. He is a very easy going person who has been a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

Bills knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. We continually received updates via phone calls & emails, he was right "on the ball" so to speak. I found the website vendor updates great and these were always kept up to date. Everything was attended to immediately and we never had to follow anything up, we knew Bill was onto it. I would highly recommend Bill & South Coast Property Specialists to anyone thinking of selling or buying for that matter.

Bill's advice and guidance through our purchase was spot on. He has integrity and an honesty that you rarely find in people let alone in a real estate agent! We could not be happier with our purchase thanks to Bill.
