From the first moment we arrived at the property, we loved it. The problem was, we thought we could never have it. We were just window shopping, with expectations of having to wait another year or two, with the possibility of never owning our own home. Bill however, gave us numbers to ring, explain how everything worked and answered our questions at every moment. He helped make our long distant dream, into a reality. If it wasn't for him, we would never have been able to purchase this beautiful home. Bill went above and beyond to help us get this property, but not only that, once we did have the means to get it, the contract signed etc. he didn't disappear. He kept fighting the council to cut back trees, making calls to answer our questions, and helping our settlement go as smoothly as possible. If you are looking at selling, Bill will go above and beyond to help you find your seller. If your looking at buying, he will be there every step of the way. This was a dearly loved house which was being sold because of my advancing years and my long distance from family. The whole sale was handled without any pressure being used to accept any offers or to make any concessions with which I was uncomfortable . Bill and his office staff, apart from being experienced professionals, were always friendly , polite and helpful and prepared to go that extra mile to make the selling experience less traumatic for an old lady.
