Best real estate experience so far!
We listed with Todd for our house last year based on his profile for selling quality housing in the district. That experience went very well. He picked a super strategy for achieving competitive offers that made us very happy with the final price and quickness of sale. The settlement went a bit pear shaped due to council issues and Todd did wonders to broker a compromise with the buyer and get things back on track. We had no hesitation in choosing Todd again when we were selling this investment property and it again achieved a sale price well over the list price in a market that was starting to go soft. I would strongly recommend dealings with Todd from our experience. He is a very honest straight talker, full of energy and quick to act during all steps of the process, not easing off with assistance even after initial offers are made or contracts finallised. He was very helpful in providing house presentation ideas, time for advice and even props without giving off any feelings to make us think we were asking for too much beyond expectations. These things make a big difference. I suspect the experience from the buyers’ side would also be well received.

Once again (second sale now), I really cannot recommend Michael Hurst enough for his fantastic work. The entire team really held my hand from start to finish (special thanks to Jill Hurst). I also can't speak highly enough of Michael's honest and frank advice about what was going on in the market and helping me navigate it to get a great price for my property. Highly, highly, highly recommend.

Nice friendly helpful people
It was lovely to meet Deb and Craig. They were caring, transparent and prompt in their communications while we were buying. We really felt they were happy for us when we fell in love with the house and shared our enthusiasm. They seemed to have a really nice connection with the vendor as well. I think they might even be the most genuinely pleasant real estate agents we have met :) cheers x

Excellent Agent
Todd managed the sale of our house in Kingston with a personalised and relaxed touch.
