As any usual sales person would, Gurjant over promised and under delivered, but to his credit, his “over promises” were not as bad as a couple other agents that i dealt with before him. The sale took its normal course and timeline, and owing to some confusions between the buyer, buyer’s lawyer and agent, the sales contract had to be rewritten three times, causing extensions and delays in settlement. Gurjant can sometimes come across as quite condenscending in his communication, (after you sign the contract) but if you can look beyond such small issues, he can defintely sell and he’s quite a nice person. He’s not the person I would go to for an exceptional sale, but I reckon he provides better value than some other agents at the price point in which he operates.
