Whilst we primarily dealt with Abhi, both Yash and Abhi managed the engagement at various points of the selling process, which gave us much confidence that our sale was being managed effectively. My biggest takeaway is the customer-centricity that both got to this engagement. Our expectations were well understood, and any offers that didn't meet that criteria were filtered out. I remember Abhishek calling me after every open home and providing a realistic view of how things looked. At one point, I needed more assurance of the desired outcome, and Yash stepped in and helped us get to that point. Unsurprisingly, we see Yash and Abhi on practically every property up for sale (give or take). They are reliable, honest, transparent and straightforward to deal with. Abhi was extremely professional in all of our engagements. He was also considerate. From 1st phone call, coordinating walk throughs, listening & understanding our needs, Abhi provided us with his professional & informed advice. Each step of the purchase Abhi kept us informed, especially when the seller was overseas. After exchange, we heard from Abhi to coord the final walk through, prior to settlement.
