Our property was never going to be an easy one to lease and the persistence of the team at New Edge paid off for us. The executive property on the outskirts of Perth has a large garden, is semi-furnished and only available for 6 months. The team at New Edge, in particular Karen were very open, fair and honest with the advice they provided. Karen was excellent at communicating with us and very responsive to any questions that they provided. She kept us informed all the way along. The New Edge approach to finding the 'right' renter was very professional and careful. It was not about finding somebody to rent our property, it was about finding someone who would cares for our property as much as we did. This approach was one of the reasons that we chose New Edge in the first place.
