Karen is a fantastic property manager. Her communication is excellent and she is very prompt with replies. She is understanding, approachable and actions tasks quickly. She is thorough and knows her job well. I have had many property managers in my time as a renter, and moving to a property with New Edge has actually turned out to be such a blessing because I now have a wonderful property manager!
