Doug has been great to deal with from the start — very responsive, practical and easy to communicate with. He kept us informed through settlement and has been proactive with compliance and maintenance items. Feels reassuring to have someone local and knowledgeable managing the property.

Doug led his team to manage the property I owned in Newman as my family home to then as a rental property. Payment was always prompt and any repairs were notified of and carried out. When it was time to sell, Doug followed instructions and found an investment buyer. The sale was very easy and no stress for me as it was handled by Doug and his team and the conveyancers.

Right from my first contact with Doug in relation to a possible property sale, I found him to be full of advice and reasons for estimates on price expectations. His experience in the local area definitely does help in the whole process of disposal. Ours was a fast and painless experience which surprised our anticipated time frame for the disposal. Would highly recommend Doug to any prospective clients that require a timely and pain free experience with consistent updates on the progress of the sale.
