My wife and I owned an investment property in Newman. We live in Perth. When the time came to sell we quickly realised just how daunting the task would be given we're so far away and so disconnected from the Newman housing market. We had previously reached out to Doug to do an appraisal which he did obligingly and with a decent amount of detail that helped justify the value he provided. Once we decided to sell we enlisted his services and after a few phone calls we had signed up to list our property. Doug took a few enquiries until he had a buyer ready to make an offer. The offer was conditional on several things and he walked us through it and helped us word our counter offer to try and get the best outcome for both us, as sellers and the buyers. The sale process from beginning to end was absolutely painless and we never once felt stressed over dealing remotely. I can't thank Doug enough for his professionalism and all round honesty. Doug was efficient and courted a few buyers for my property and ended up with a perfect candidate for a home that was very special to me for a long time.
