David and his team were extremely professional and prompt in keeping us in touch with the progress of our marketing campaign. They always informed us of any prospective buyers throughout the campaign. I think they did a good job of getting our house out to the market not only in the Sutherland Shire but also the wider Sydney area. They presented excellent marketing material and we did have quite a few inspections on the open days. Although on the day of the Auction there were only 2 bidders, David was able to secure a sale on the day that we were quite happy with. If I were to sell a property again I would not hesitate to use Newton Real Estate again.
