David was amazing from the very start when we walked into the property, giving us ideas when we discussed layout changes. He replied straight away when I asked for an inspection with my builder. He has always been so kind and attentive to detail right up to calling all interested buyers before the auction to make sure we were prepared, mentally as well, & I am sure is the reason we got this property!
