Newton has recently sold two properties for us. The team are very supportive throughout both processes especially with the mother in law who has limited English. I like that you are given realistic expectations and an honest market appraisal. David sold our unit in Cronulla in one week, very impressive given the current market conditions. The little gift they deliver to you after the sale is a lovely gesture and nice to celebrate. Newton is our go to agent we have no need to go anywhere else. Very satisfied customers.

I have had experience with David Newton of Newtons Real Estate both as a buyer and more recently as a seller. David runs an extremely hard working, professional and dedicated real estate team. He takes a personal interest in all of the company's transactions. As a buyer I found that he really worked hard to help me find the property that I wanted. On the other hand when I wished to sell, David and his team were extremely professional and dedicated to a successful outcome. All members of his staff are caring, professional and hard working; always willing to help you. This is a reflection of David himself.
