Agent was great before she went on leave. We were then left in “no man’s land”, everything needed to be followed up via multiple emails and calls before we could get any answer (asking for Conditions Report, permission for NBN service, help for electricity remote connect, previous tenant leaving stuff behind, electricity issue on the day of move) which made a already stressful time extra stressful. Maybe this was too much to ask - also very inconvenient that we couldn’t get the keys until office opens at 9am on the day of move. Movers started at 7am and NBN technician at 8am.
