My experience with NG Farah Has been fantastic! Chan has been so helpful with the whole stressful process , always following up on every next step and keeping me updated! Billy who showed me the property on Chan behalf was also so lovely and helpful ! I couldn’t recommend this agency enough !

The agent was friendly and informative. It has been a nightmare dealing with other agents as they were never contactable. N G Farah has made the process fast and easy. Now I no longer have to worry.

I was given a straight-forward appraisal of both rental and sale potential of the properties involved on a Wednesday. The agents were punctual, helpful and cordial. The leasing manager James D was super-efficient, arranging the photographs, as well as the electrician I requested, overnight. In less than 48 hours after the appraisal (at which time, I signed our contract) my property was available for rent online and James found suitable tenants for me, a few hours later on Friday afternoon. Great service.

Our agent Luke has been great with communication right from the beginning. He was really helpful with organising an inspection time and helping us secure our current rental property. N G Farah has been easy to work with so far, making the whole process quick and painless.

The team at NG Farah impressed again, displaying patience and resilience, by finding a tenant for my investment property in what is currently a difficult rental market.
