I needed the knowledge and expertise of a local agency to relet my property after my previous tenant moved out. I also had to carry out some repairs and updates for wear and tear and Farah organised for a reliable handyman to assist in a timely manner. Once the townhouse was ready for viewing, they secured a new tenant who met my criteria, within a week and for an acceptable new weekly rental. I would like to personally thank James Daniel for his development work and look forward to a healthy partnership into the future.
