I can't speak highly enough of our experience so far with renting our home through James and Jett at NJ Farah. The responsiveness and communication has been excellent. We booked in with them the day before Christmas break and first day after the break they had the marketing going, open house arranged and were looking after enquiries. James gave us good advice feedback on rental pricing, the campaign, and throughout the rental assessment process. We really appreciated being kept up to date with progress which made the process so much easier. We've been so impressed and only a few days after our first open home we already have a great tenant signed and ready to go. I was very impressed with the overall service and personal follow up in working with Mr. Finlay Wright. The pre site inspection of the rental property process and experience on the day was nothing short of exemplary. I was well advised on what were the requirements needed to process the application and overall, no surprises, and was lucky in the end to secure the rental apartment. The software programs are easy to follow working with NG Farah to process the application.
