Not at all patronising or rude or coercive, always got back to me, was so easy to communicate with and have been just so pleasant to lease from (which in my experience as both a renter and a buyer has not been the case with most other agents). Understood my requirements as I am an ADF member on short notice posting from Canberra to Sydney. Helpful as I could not physically attend property for inspection due to work and Covid restrictions. Manage to secure property within 24hrs. This level of high service was not forthcoming from other real estate agencies
