James Daniel has gone beyond the call of duty to provide an overall excellent service. He is very knowledgeable, understanding, empathetic, a good listener, has a good eye to details, prompt, courteous. Explains and answers questions fully and clearly. It is so easy to converse with him and communicates with us in an open, honest & transparent manner. Without a doubt, he is the primary reason for us staying with NG Farah

I would like to thank the team at NG Farah for leasing my property after the first two showings. They have been the most professional agency I have ever dealt with. They were on their game from start to go, updating me at all times, organising appliances to be installed at a moments notice - it has all been too easy on my part for which I am truly grateful. I would highly recommend NG Farah to anyone - what a truly professional team. Yvette Angus

Our investment property has been under management with Damien from NG Farah for 6 years now. Throughout that time they have proven to be highly responsive (most important) and professional. Our long-term tenants recently gave notice to move out and they were able to find new tenants within a week which will result in the property only being vacant for a few days. A very pleasing result. Would certainly recommend Damien and the team at NG Farah for property management.

Very professional, experienced and helpful agents. James was extremely communicative, caring, and easy to reach. He responded very fast and helped us in every step of the way! He was able to rent out our unit in just one day after being vacant with another agency for couple of months! He really cared about us and understood our needs. We really appreciate him and what he did for us. He is extremely skilled! Highly recommended!

My experience with NG Farah has been nothing short of superb. Alexander was able to help me close on a property in a very short amount of time which was extremely appreciated. He had even gone out of his way to make sure my move was smooth and as easy as can be.
