Long-term tenant terminated and N G Farah's Grace Lavorato made quick contact and took action to find a replacement. Naturally I was worried about an unusually long vacancy period with the COVID situation. Grace found a tenant quickly, provided valuable advice about rental levels and renovation needs. I am very happy that Grace and N G Farah took care of everything so promptly to deliver a great outcome.
