We had 4 different agents come in to give us valuation on our property. Martin was the most unassuming who gave us basic info but our confidence in him was established as he never chased us for our business. Other agents told us what any seller wants to hear. Martin gave us the facts. He worked with us on every aspect including marketing. 2 days after rewarding him to list, COVID restrictions came into affect and Martin asked us 10 days to sell when we were considering to withdraw our property. He did wonders, kept us informed and most importantly gave us the factual info in light of COVID restrictions. He sold our property in less than 10 days. Every action from Listing to Sale has a reason and is specific to your individual scenario. After talking to a number of agents in the area , it's obvious Steve's knowledge in understanding the various sub-markets that make up the area is second to none. He worked tirelessly to sell our property in a difficult property market. Steve doesn't just rely on marketing to sell your property. I found it refreshing to work with Martin’s no nonsense down to earth attitude, he was direct and to the point. His experience and negotiation skills resulted in a very quick sale, with minimal interruption to my everyday life. Along with a good sense humour during what can be an emotional time, made it a more light hearted experience. Beau Champion assisted Martin with the sale of my home, he was extremely polite, courteous, punctual and professional. Beau answered my calls on the second ring every time I called including weekends he also took me to potential off market opportunities on a Sunday. Once Martin and Beau understood exactly what property I was after I was presented with two properties one of which I bought after the first open house inspection. Nathan was driven to start selling my property. I gave him the price i was after and he worked hard to get it. Never once questioned what i was after but rather chased to make it happen for me. Even after the sale he contacted me to follow up. Customer service was exceptional. Was there for me at the drop of a hat anf i never once had to chase him. He did everything asked of him and more. Highly recommend!!
