He is genuine and so invested in the outcome of the transaction - irrespective of you being a buyer or seller. Our experience in selling our property was a personally emotional one. Nathan and his team went above and beyond in communication, their knowledge of the market, building and area gave me confidence we went with the right agent. I was fully kept in the loop with comprehensive buyer reports and feedback, there was never a point i felt like i needed to ask a question or chase anything - it was just an easy process.
