I have sold 3 properties using Theo as an agent. He has consistently demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the market, as well as an understanding of the local comparable properties. The most important aspect for me is that he is very honest. He tells you like it is and doesn't try to placate the seller with false hopes. He then becomes totally committed to the process of selling the property to try to get he best he can for us. We have consistently gotten the best price we could have hoped for. In addition, his charming personality makes it a joy to work with him. Since it is often a stressful period for the sellers and we may get a bit tense and terse, he keeps a positive, optimistic attitude which is contagious and relaxes the situation. My dad was a realtor for 60 years and I have watched many realtors at work, so I know that Theo is one of the best there is.

I walked in off the street to assess ng farah having been disappointed and let down by a big name player in the area. Immediately, Cameron invited me into his office to discuss a flat we wanted to sell, and gave me his full professional attention. One complication we had , was we needed to renovate the flat while living overseas. Cameron organised all the quotes, made the keys available for workmen, and kept us updated with all the progress along the way. Most importantly, he achieved an incredible price we were not expecting. I think he achieved this because he liaised honestly with the clients who had interest and made sure everyone had a chance to put their bid in, but kept everyone on side. I really recommend this guy. He treats both seller and buyer with respect and if I was buying in the area, I would start with him and his team. A really professional outfit. A pleasure to do business with.

If you want an agent who can run a campaign with focus, reslience and resolve to get the best outcome possible, Theo is your man. He knows Pagewood and the surrounding areas better than most.
