Gem was well presented and easy going. In a very competitive landscape he did well compared to other sales agents. The negotiation skill I rated 4 stars, as we simply didn't have the chance to really put these to the test give the swiftness of the transaction. A good price, when the market was beginning to go soft and during the middle of December no less. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gem again.

I walked in off the street to assess ng farah having been disappointed and let down by a big name player in the area. Immediately, Cameron invited me into his office to discuss a flat we wanted to sell, and gave me his full professional attention. One complication we had , was we needed to renovate the flat while living overseas. Cameron organised all the quotes, made the keys available for workmen, and kept us updated with all the progress along the way. Most importantly, he achieved an incredible price we were not expecting. I think he achieved this because he liaised honestly with the clients who had interest and made sure everyone had a chance to put their bid in, but kept everyone on side. I really recommend this guy.
